Black Piko Tunic, old (similar here but love this) | Waterfall Cardigan, old | GoldenTote Skies Are Blue Peacoat, old | ZooShoo Booties | RSA Studios Earrings | Chloe + Isabel Aventine Pendent Necklace

As the weather gets colder, the only thing I'm thinking about is bundling up.  But layering can create some pretty outfits too!  A camel trench is a must have - it's classic and very chic, and matches almost everything so it's a great layering piece.

With this look, I took that camel shade throughout the entire outfit, starting with the sweater.  I've had this sweater for a while and love the colors, which also includes some gold threads too!  The waterfall shape is also very pretty and asymmetrical hems create height!

I'm loving my Chloe + Isabel jewels, especially this long pendant.  I'm currently hosting a C+I fundraiser.  If you're looking for some new jewels, purchase them through this link and 40% of the proceeds will benefit Delta Zeta charities!

As we get closer to Christmas/New Years and holiday parties, what better topic for today's Sunday Spotlight than merry metallics!  When I think of holiday fashion, the first thing that comes to mind is metallics.  I love anything with gold, silver or rose gold details (though I'm especially loving rose gold this season!)

I've already started lining up my holiday dresses, and of course some include metallic details!  The skirts and dresses above are attention worthy!  I'm also loving the glitter Kate Spade Keds.  I have the rose gold version, but the gold is so pretty too.

If you want a to incorporate golds and silver in a low key way, accessories are the way to go.  I always turn to Chloe + Isabel and BaubleBar for the perfect jewel to top off my outfits.  Chloe + Isabel has an especially pretty line right now, the Starburst line, which features sparkling stars (perfect for New Year festivities!)

And you can't have skip the festive makeup!  I love an all gold glitter accent nail, or a dusting of glitter at the bottom or top of each nail, as seen above.

I saw this line at a local spa and fell in love.  Everything smelled wonderful, but the Champagne candle was my favorite.  This would be great gifted alone or part of a pampering bundle!

5.) Kate Spade Smart Watch
I love anything Kate Spade, and I was excited to see them come out with a Smart Watch that tracks steps, sleep habits, and so much more.  Plus it looks more chic than the Apple Watch!

Pom Pom Charger here and Tassel Charger here!

8.) SugarFina Confections

As always, I was so excited to open this month's Ipsy package!  I was thrilled to see a mostly skincare selection as my makeup collection is overflowing.  I was happy with all of my items, and the bag design was just adorable.  Let's take a closer look at what I got!
Let's start with some skincare goodies!
1.) Tarte Maracuja Oil
How cute is this little bottle?!  I'm so impressed by the quality and size of this sample Maraca Oil.  I've heard about this product and had been wanting to try it.  As someone with combination/oily prone skin, I actually love oils because they provide lots of moisture without the greasy buildup.  A little goes a long way, and my skin definitely felt and looked brighter after one use.  Ipsy mentioned that this can be used in a variety of ways, including as a frizz fighter, on nails, and as a makeup remover.  This is a win win win in my book!

2.) Naobay Eye Contour Cream
Eye creams are great for some people, but thankfully not a concern of mine at the moment.  However I am all about trying new products, especially when they come from other countries (Spain in the case of Naobay!)  Again with this, a little product goes a long way.  I can't comment of effectiveness, but my eye area definitely felt refreshed!  Another tip for this is to apply on the backs of hands to keep them youthful.
3.) Leaders Cosmetics Aloe Soothing Renewal Mask & Aquaringer Treatment Mask
Sheet masks are all the rage right now.  But with winter weather looming, these masks came just in time.  I can't wait to try the Aquaringer mask, which is for dry, right skin, but the Aloe will come in handy as well.
4.) SLMissGlam Angled Eye Brush
I pretty frequently get brushes in my Ipsy bags, but I fell in love with this pretty brush.  I loved the pink bristles and the bling , plus this is super soft.  It's also cruelty free.

5.) theBalm Mad Lash Mascara
I loooove getting mascara in my makeup subscriptions.  Even though I have my favorites, I will also try a new mascara.  This is going into my pile to test out.  I do think this line is adorable (I love the vintage imagery on the full size mascara), and from what I can see of the curved brush, I'm pretty excited to see what it can do!

Overall another win for Ipsy.  Loved the variety of products, especially since they were mostly skincare items.  I can't wait to dig into everything!

(left to right) Adore Me Damariss Set | Zoya Nail Polish (my favorites include Marnie, Toni, and Noir) | Adore Me Madora Bra | Adore Me Susanna Babydoll | Berry Nail Art via Buzzfeed

Today's Sunday Spotlight features one of my favorite fall shades - Burgundy!  I was scrolling through my Instagram feed and that shade definitely stands out.  Call it what you want but as soon as fall hits, the berries, wines, and burgundys comes out in full force!  My first fall task was getting a dark manicure, as you can see a peek from in this blog post!

5 Ideas to Style Your Burgundy Pieces...

  • Soft Pinks & Berry Shades
  • Gold & Rose Gold
  • Navy
  • Leopard Print
  • Chambray

I'm crushing on the burgundy and pink color combos.  The soft delicate pinks are a great contrast to the rich hues and the berry colors (1 or 2 shades lighter than burgundy) create a great color block effect!  But navy, leopard print and chambray are all fun ways to accent burgundy for fall as well.

Of course I have to highlight the gorgeous lingerie from Adore Me!  Adore Me is an online boutique that sells a variety of lingerie pieces, including bra and panty sets that are already paired for you!  There's even a monthly VIP membership where you can snag major steals, including free items!  Some of my favorite Adore Me sets right now include the Lucia set, the Noreh Contour set and the Nira Contour set!

So, what do you think of the new look of the Sunday Spotlight?  I'm so excited bring it back because it was always one of my favorite features of Paint The Town Chic.  After a little hiatus, it's back with a new look and will showcase some of my favorite trends, boutiques and/or seasonal hues!  Let me know if there is anything in particular you'd like me to feature!

NY & Company Fringe Hem Jeans | Enclothe Boutique Turtleneck Dress, old | Golden Tote Cardigan (not available for purchase but you may receive in your Golden Tote!) | ZooShoo Mary Jane Pumps | Clutch, old | RSA Studios Earrings c/o | Too Faced Melted Lipstick in Chihuahua

This post is giving me all the fall feels!  I came across this beautiful leaf covered ground and it reminded me again how much I love fall.  Something that I've been wanting to try is a long tunic (aka a dress on me) with denim.  I already had pieces in my closet that could work together, so I gave it a try.  I loved the look - such a casual yet put together outfit that's perfect for a weekend brunch or shopping with the gals!

Denim is something that has really grown on me.  New York & Company has been my go-to because of their variety of denim, both trendy and classic, at an affordable price.  Most of my jeans now come from there and I always keep an eye on their new items because things go so quickly!

To pull this look together, I added on a long cardigan; anyone else a fan?!  I'm in love with this cutie that just arrived from Golden Tote!  It's been a while since my last Golden Tote purchase, but recently the company ran a promo with the ability to choose your own surprises which intrigued me!  After seeing some of the surprises, and reading reviews from previous styling sessions, I had to give this a try.  The cardigan was one of the surprises I chose and it's a great fall piece!

No outfit is complete without accessorizing!  The statement earrings from RSA Studios are gorgeous. They are made from leather and are so lightweight, which is important to me.  I can't last a whole day with heavy earrings, no matter how amazing they are.  These earrings are definitely a discussion starter; be sure to check out the line on Etsy (they make great holiday gifts!)

Happy hump day!  I have a short and sweet post for you gals today!  I've always been a sucker for an all black ensemble!  When I saw this embroidered LBD (a dupe of the popular Free People dress for a fraction of the cost) I knew I had to have it.  I loved the colors of the embroidery, which added visual interest to the dress.  I paired it with black boots and my mustard crossbody which I'm obsessed with!  This dress is perfect for dressing up or down depending on the occasion.  This dress has been hard to find because it keeps selling out, but I tagged some pretty options below!
