As a petite gal, it can be hard to find maxi dresses and skirts that work with my height.  But...when you find the perfect maxi, it can actually create the illusion of height!  When I saw this floral maxi skirt at my local Kohl's, I couldn't resist.  The print and coloring looked like something I could wear into the fall (hello skirts and oversized sweaters!)  I topped it off with a cami and denim jacket for this easy summer look.

Of course I can't go frolic a sunflower field without a straw hat.  I recently got this in my Rachel Zoe Box of Style and I love it.  This was actually the first hat that I styled and it really is the perfect summer accessory.

But the stars of this shoot are obviously the sunflowers.  Recently I had the chance to visit a this field at Barefoot Botanicals in Doylestown, where I work.  Sunflowers are one of my favorite flowers, and these are even more beautiful in person.
