When it comes to skincare, the one item that I'm always looking forward to try is face care (that may seem  odd as most people don't like to experiment with facial items!)  However I always do my research and find products using natural ingredients and shouldn't irritate my skin.  Enter Peter Thomas Roth, a skincare line using breakthrough formulas to combat skin needs.

I recently had the chance to sample the Water Drench Cloud Cream Cleanser.  This gentle formula dissolves even the hardest to remove makeup but also refreshes and hydrates skin.
I've been using this once a day at night and it actually does remove my makeup with just this one product (other products I need to use eye makeup remover after washing my face to get rid of those raccoon eyes!)  It can be used twice a day or as often as needed, but I'll be saving this to get rid of my makeup after a long day.  I've read that some people mix this with other face washes depending on skin needs, so I may have to try that.

The formula is rich and creamy, and spreads nicely after being exposed to water.  I personally love a thicker formula because it seems to be more effective as a cleanser.  I do have to follow up with a moisturizer however because my face does still feel a bit dry.

Why Should You Try PTR's Cloud Cream Cleanser?

  • Gently removes makeup, oils, and impurities!
  • Fragrance-free!
  • Non-stripping formula helps keep skin moisturized!
  • Contains Hyaluronic Acid which helps retain moisture!
  • Other ingredients like coconut oil and marshmallow root nourish and soften skin!
  • Works for all skin types!
  • Perfect for contact lens wearers!
This is a fragrance-free cleanser which is fine, but typically I gravitate towards a natural, light scent for my facial products.  And finally, I'm a sucker for packaging and I just love the light and airy look (and feel) of the tube.

I'm seriously obsessed with this product.  It's the BEST makeup remover I've tried and I cannot wait to use other products by Peter Thomas Roth!
