I was hoping to get this review up last week, but I was finishing up the last bit of craziness for work.  So now I'm finally back with a new Ipsy review (sorry September, which was definitely a great bag too!)  I'm majorly crushing on this printed bag, mainly because I love anything Halloween!  The items inside were pretty awesome too though.  This month's theme was Black Magic!
Let's start with the item I was most excited about...
1.) Adesse Liquid Chrome Nail Polish in Grand Central
Ok, the full name is a mouthful (Adesse New York Liquid Chrome Organic Infused Nail Lacquer in case you were wondering!)  I love a new to me nail polish brand as well as trying a unique color, so this definitely caught my eye.  Grand Central is a pretty shimmy shade that goes from purple to green.  I think it would be fun to layer on other colors - as you can see it's pretty tame on its on!  This did chip after a few days, but it's still a fun color that I'll be using again.
2.) Ciate Fierce Flicks Eyeliner
I always associate Ciate with nail products, but the brand carries so much more.  It's always nice to get an eyeliner because I always go through those.  However I'm always hesitate with liquid liners because I don't have the patience for them, but I will definitely give this a try!
3.) Trestique Matte Lip Crayon in Belize Bordeaux
I've gotten this lip crayon in a different shade in a previous Ipsy bag.  I love that this creates a pretty lip stain and is shine free.  It's the perfect lippie to throw in your bag for emergencies!  The shade is not as dark as it appears, it's actually a deep rosy color.  I'm loving it.

4.) Pur-lisse Daily Lip Nourisher
Purlisse is another brand that is frequently seen in Ipsy, but I was excited to see this lip balm in my bag.  My lips get so chapped in the winter so I'm always looking for something to soothe and hydrate my lips.  I also always use a base under lipcolor, and this is a great option for that since it's shine free.  It doesn't hurt that this brand uses healthy and organic ingredients.
theBalm is definitely also a staple for Ipsy, but I'm so glad to receive a blush this time.  I'm loving this darker shade for fall.  It will be going into my rotation!

I was pleased with my selection for October.  I especially loved the bag design for this month.  I already took checked out my November's products and I'm definitely looking forward to them!  Can't wait to share a sneak peek on Insta!
